You’ve heard I’m talking about Beachbody, and I’d like to give you a tutorial on your iPad, because you can install Beachbody on demand applications on any mobile device, go to App Store on your iPad, and click Beachbody once requested.
Every December when full access to the On Demand Challenge Package comes up, I upgrade my regular Beachbody to full access Challenge Pack as needed, which is fine, so you can see exactly what this is, when you log into your Beachbody account, you have all the programs you buy, so I own it through my account Some things.
But with Beachbody’s demand, it gives you access to all the Beachbody fitness programs that have been created, so we have bodily beasts and up to 30 people in the yoga retreat and yoga studio.
I’m doing Phenix for 21 days, but I’m sore or I’m injured and I don’t want to do aerobics. I can change it and do it for one of three weeks. You’re going to quit training. It requires a program mentality from start to finish. Sometimes people get bored, or they have what’s called exercise ad D. They want different things.
It allows people to tailor their exercise to their needs, their body tells them at a specific time, and allows you to do this lifelong health and fitness instead of short-term repair.
If we go through here, and there’s a regular cooking program great, it’s new, this week, there’s an oatmeal bar, but you have a basic video to teach you how to use containers.
I can’t even tell you how many people are going to do this at dinner. It’s a good choice. There are breakfast recipes, main course recipes, and you can watch all of these and download all the recipes and print them out. That’s a great feature. You can see every exercise plan posted here.
They also have another category, called the challenge of the day, the calendar Sunday to Saturday, which gives you the challenge of today, all the different exercises you can do, and they have a schedule for you.
You can also sort by trainer, once you click and I’m doing a 21-day fix, you can see that you have access to all the upgrade exercises, you have any new extra exercises, and they add some new ones.
There’s no music, there’s no mixing in your first 21 days of repair, and then if you look here, you can see the program material, which will take you to the list of all the things to fix, so here’s your food list, your toolkit FAQ, this is your exercise calendar, so you’re completely in the order you plan Finish the diet plan.
There’s also a vegan diet plan, if you want to stay in good shape, or if you want to clean quickly, fix quickly in three days, have your counting sheet to track your nutrition, and then there’s some Spanish, and everything’s Spanish, too, which applies to every exercise program.
If you look down here at the bottom, there’s weight, you can download exercise, so you can download seven exercises, I’m traveling, I don’t know if I have Wi-Fi, I do aerobics all over the body, I’m downloading aerobics all over the body to my library.
This will show that it’s being downloaded and can be downloaded word for word for a week of exercise, which is also great if you have a good Wi-Fi service, and then with Beachbody’s needs and full-year access challenges.
They will upload additional exercises, so you will have access to people with your membership and to my exclusive Challenge Group using the Challenge Tracker application, or I will help you complete your meal plan.
