I want to talk about how to start using the Beachbody on demand and how to start using my Challenge Tracker application, so I’ll move the camera a little bit back and forth so you can see how the Beachbody on demand works and how the Challenge Tracker application works as well.
Let’s start with Beachbody and let me flip the camera. It won’t let me do that. If you can see me here, then first we ask Beachbody, so you go to WWE body for on-demand communication.
The first thing you have to do is go to the top of the login and you click there, so it will ask you to log in with the e-mail address you used to register, so I will put my e-mail address with me in one hand, and it will also ask you to enter a password, which is the password you use to register your account.
You don’t have to remember a bunch of good passwords, so you log in to your e-mail address and the password you used to buy, your Beachbody on demand, so we have all our exercises not listed.
For most people, you’ll start with a 21-day fix, because that’s our basic plan to get you started on your health and fitness journey or you may be doing another program, listed here, but here’s one of the best parts about the Beachbody on demand, and you can always pick one at the top Sequence, which indicates fitness level, so you can choose between beginner or intermediate or advanced, so you can click there to select a program.
You can also sort by time, so if you’re a 30-minute workout per day, you can choose a program or all of the workouts, just 0 to 30 minutes, the same type.
You can choose aerobics, you can choose dancing, you can choose slim, low-impact yoga, so you have a type of exercise, and if you have a beach trainer, you like Calabrese or Sean T or Chalene Johnson in the fall, you can also choose here.
Let’s take a look at the 21-day fix, for example, I’ll click on it, and you’ll find that once you log in, it pops up your exercise list, so you have all the exercises, so they’re all 30 minutes, except for this 10-minute workout, and then there’s some mixing and eventually upgraded workouts.
You go here to talk about its program material and have an introductory guide, and I suggest you start reading from there, but if you scroll down a bit here, it’s your exercise calendar, so you click on it and you’ll see what days of the week you’re training.
You can go back to that exercise list and you’ll know what day to do, so you can print it out or save it on your computer. No matter what’s best right now, I’ve locked myself in. So, let’s go back to Beachbody and you’ll have a food list, and you have one on your computer. The line kit, and then this is your diet plan, so this is what you need to figure out about your calorie level and your container plan.
We roll down, it tells you to add your weight, you’ll find your calorie baseline, then you’ll join your training, and then you’ll lose your calorie target, so you can lose two or three pounds a week and it tells you that you’re going to eat.
Everyone should receive color coded containers for different vegetables, fruits, proteins, carbohydrates and healthy fats. I should only eat 12 to 1499 calories. I need three servings of vegetables a day, two protein fruits, two carbohydrates, etc.
As you scroll down, you can also see some small counts and different recipes, and then it will give you a complete list of foods and portions, so for example, here are all your vegetables.
If you’re making broccoli, it’s going to be a green broccoli container. If you’re eating carrots, it’s going to be ten medium carrots, because carrots contain more sugar and more calories, so you monitor and figure out how many carrots you’re going to eat, and you can scroll down to see what each color code looks like. And the equivalent of each container.
This is the best part about each program in the Beachbody. There are a lot of program materials for you to find your calorie level, find different recipes for you, find your container level for you, and download your exercise calendar.
In addition to the actual exercise list, this is how Beachbody on demand works. When you select the program, you have your exercise list, you have the program information you can access, so let’s switch to the Challenge Tracker, so each of you will download my Challenge Tracker in the App Store.
I’ll send you an invitation via e-mail, and you’ll click on the e-mail invitation. Once you download the application, it will start on your phone, so it works like Facebook, so you have the opportunity to upload your exercise and upload it, and you can enter your Shakeology picture or you before the photo. Something to drink.
You can treat it like Facebook, so if I scroll down, I can see one of my client logs is Shakeology. Today she told me what Shakeology she had and put a picture there. Someone was exercising. Someone was preparing food this week with egg whites and different eggs. Others were drinking him. We have milk shake, so you can see that it works like Facebook.
It allows you to check in, you can also expect my daily release, it will show you some motivation or daily reminders, and then I will share my recipe, when you are in the app, there is a place you can go, it is like setting buttons, it will say information and documents every week.
You can make sure to view the meal plan in the Information and Documentation section, or you can download the meal plan for this week, so these are tools that can help you stay on track throughout the trip.
We’ll follow a specific exercise plan, it’ll be a specific exercise plan, you’ll follow a meal plan designed to be relevant to it, you’ll use the Challenge Tracker application for your daily responsibilities, you’ll publish your exercise, where you’ll publish your Shakeology, where you’ll ask questions, and you’ll share them Your challenge, where you will get my daily motivation to support recipes and meal plans.
